1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Clovet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Clovet lets you share items you no longer need with friends, post things you are looking for, and chat to arrange handovers. Clovet itself is not a party to any exchange between users.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You may only post content from your own account and may not impersonate others.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant Clovet a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the friends you share it with.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
- Offer counterfeit, stolen, recalled or otherwise prohibited goods.
- Spam, scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to break the security of the service.
- Use Clovet for commercial resale unless we explicitly allow it for your account.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Exchanges between users
Any pick-up, delivery, payment or trade between users is solely between those users. Clovet does not verify item condition, ownership or suitability and is not responsible for disputes, losses or damages arising from user-to-user exchanges.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clovet disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
